Job Description

Operations Administrator (Known internally as Professional Services Supervisor)

Location: Maidenhead, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Starting from £36,000 per annum, depending upon skills and experience

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Administrator to provide essential operational and professional support across our Africa Asia Area (AAA). As our Operations Administrator, you'll help keep our sites, people and operations running safely and smoothly across the Area. You'll bring together people, data and systems to support compliance and accurate reporting. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you'll work closely with Regional Managers, senior operational teams, central support functions and external partners. You'll also act as a key point of contact for coordination and assurance across the Area.

Other responsibilities include
  • Supporting safe working practices and maintain the Area Risk Register
  • Helping to drive our GDPR agenda
  • Managing sustainability and water use reporting
  • Coordinating the rollout of our asset management software
  • Keeping key information (e.g., project files and the Hub Health & Safety pages) accurate and up to date
  • Managing fleet checks and reporting
  • Coordinating orders through to delivery
  • Tracking headstone replacements and amendments
  • Supporting Health & Safety documentation, committees and project boards with the wider Operations Team
What you need to have
  • IT Literate in all Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
  • A background in administration/purchasing
  • Experience of operating in a complex administrative and management function.
  • Experience of analysing complex data to deliver solutions and efficiencies.
  • Experience of administrating operations and with working in a multi cultural environmentExperience of buildings and facilities management
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Valid passport and Full UK Driving License
