What You'll Be DoingThis is a hands on, fast paced role where no two days look the same. You'll be the link between operations, warehouse and support teams - keeping things accurate, efficient and compliant.
Operational & Productivity Support- Recording and monitoring productivity metrics, logging output against labour plans
- Creating and maintaining daily labour plans
- Validating agency staff allocation against operational requirements
- Supporting daily pallet counts and ensuring data accuracy within systems
- Acting as our Quarantine Champion, managing, monitoring and escalating processes to ensure compliance
- Ensuring operational areas are stocked with stationery and consumables
- Maintaining documentation, records and logs for audits and internal checks
- Supporting the Operations team with ad hoc admin and operational tasks
- Liaising with HR, Finance and Procurement to resolve stock, labour or compliance queries
- Creating and maintaining iAuditor templates
- Developing analytics to support shift management
- Escalating non compliance trends
- Working with stakeholders to embed iAuditor into day to day operations
We're looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is confident working with data and KPIs, and enjoys improving processes.
Essential Experience- Previous experience in an operations, warehouse or logistics support/admin role
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) and familiar with inventory systems
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Dexory or similar workflow tracking systems
- Experience handling BWS or regulated products
- Background in a fast paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Confidence picking up and adapting to new systems quickly

Location: Based in Operations at our Head office, Company Shop Group Wentworth Way Wentworth Industrial Estate Tankersley, Barnsley Yorkshire S75 3DH
Salary: £12.95
Contract: Permanent position
Hours: PM Shift 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
