What will your day look like

• Supervise, assess, and coach teams and subcontractors to ensure on-site work is completed to required standards, safely, and on schedule.
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, ensuring compliance with Avove's systems and policies.
• Allocate resources, manage deliverables within budget, and maintain strong communication with clients and teams throughout project stages.
• Visit sites regularly, address unexpected challenges, escalate risks, and ensure all contractual and quality requirements are met.
• Oversee supply chain partners, authorise procurement and plant hire, and maintain accurate records of resources and training.
• Support ongoing training, maintain compliance, and contribute to cost management, final accounts, and customer experience excellence.

About you

• Proven experience in site management and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong track record of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach delivery teams
• Background in managing civil engineering projects
• Relevant site supervision certification (SSSTS) and a full, valid driving licence
