Language requirements: Fluent English Contract: Permanent, full-time (38.5h/week) Experience: 1-3 years

What will you do?

HR Administration & System Management (approx. 50%)

  • Processing changes in employee data, contracts, and documents
  • Managing absences, work permits, and other legal obligations
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance in the HR system (e.g., Workday)
  • Following up on contract management, onboarding, and offboarding

Employee Support & Communication (approx. 50%)

  • First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions
  • Supporting payroll changes and HR audits
  • Documenting and following up on HR requests according to internal procedures
  • Contributing to the optimization of HR processes and communication

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role
  • Familiarity with systems such as Workday, SAP, MS Office, or Google Suite
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and strong administrative skills
  • You enjoy improving processes and collaborating with different teams

Plus points:

  • Knowledge of local labor law is an advantage
  • Experience in an international or fast-changing environment
  • Availability to start soon
