Operational Risk/GRC Tech Analyst - remote and Frankfurt - September 2026

Keil Business Solutions is an innovative IT service provider.
For a client project within the financial services industry, we are looking for an experienced Operational Risk/GRC Tech Analyst - remote and Frankfurt - September 2026.

Tasks:
-Analyse and enhance Operational Risk and GRC systems
-Translate business requirements into concrete GRC workflows, configurations and functional specifications
-Design and implement GRC functionalities such as RCSA, KRIs, Controls, Issue/Event Management and Scenario Analysis
-Develop functional blueprints including workflows, roles, business rules and data requirements
-Collaborate closely with Business, Risk, IT and development teams throughout implementation

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Operational Risk, Risk Technology or GRC within Financial Services
-Strong practical experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, MetricStream, SAI360 or comparable solutions
-Proven experience in the design, configuration and implementation of GRC systems
-Strong Requirements Engineering and technical Business/System Analysis skills
-Ability to translate Operational Risk processes into concrete system configurations and actively drive implementation
-Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Start: September 2026
Duration: 6 months + option
Capacity: 5 days/week
Location: 70% remote, onsite Frankfurt upon request
Language: English; German is a plus
