Your new role
As an Operational Planning/MIAnalyst, you'll play a key role in producing and automating high-qualitymanagement information and Business Intelligence using Power BI and othertools. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making across multipledepartments.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Partnering with operational teams to understand and simplify MI requirements.
• Developing reporting and dashboards to monitor operational demand and resource needs.
• Overseeing monthly performance reconciliation across the group.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise resource allocation and improve efficiency.
• Supporting forecasting processes and contributing to change initiatives.
• This can be either a fully remote OR hybrid role with a 35-hour work week and flexibility to balance work and personal time

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in MI production, automation, and workforce planning solutions.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data techniques).
• Experience with workforce management tools for forecasting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
