Operational Excellence Training Specialist

DP World Minworth is seeking a Process & Training Coordinator to help develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes and training programmes. You will ensure employees are trained effectively, keep training records up to date and support audits for compliance.

You will work with stakeholders across the business to drive operational excellence, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to safer and more efficient processes across the organisation.
