Operational Excellence Specialist (Hybrid)

laya healthcare is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term basis in Cork, with hybrid working arrangements. You will support governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to the Head of People and Capability.

In this role you will maintain the Operational Excellence framework, ensure documentation is governed effectively, and assist with audits and risk management across the business.
