Operating Model Consultant - Defence (SC Cleared)

North Highland is seeking an Operating Model Consultant to support the delivery of multiple capability programmes for a UK defence client. An active SC clearance is required or in process. Based near Portsmouth with some site travel 1-2 days per week.

You will design operating models, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide SQEP guidance to enable flexible staffing and efficient resource use across complex programmes.
