OpenText Cloud Service Automation/Orchestration SME - Hybrid, London, UK

A large global organisation are seeking a subject matter expert with advanced OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA)/Operations Orchestration (OO) skills who can design, refactor, implement, and validate Operations Orchestration (OO) workflows to enable automated life cycle operations using supported APIs and integration mechanisms.

This will be 12 months+ contract with the possibility for further extensions available.

This position will be worked on a hybrid basis, in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering, refactoring, documentation, and testing of orchestration flows, adapting existing flows.
• Create Virtual Machine
• Modify Virtual Machine
• Power On, Power Off, Reboot
• Decommission Virtual Machine
• Add Disk, Network Interface, Create and Delete Snapshot, Modify VM (CPU and Memory)
• Refactored and tested OO Content Pack
• Updated technical documentation for each refactored flow.
• Test results and validation evidence

• Strong experience with OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA)/Operations Orchestration (OO) workflow development and content pack engineering
• Proven experience refactoring automation workflows
• Strong API integration skills (REST, authentication, error handling, versioning)
• Solid understanding of virtualisation platforms, VM life cycle operations and infrastructure automation
• Experience with testing, validation, and documentation of automation workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in orchestration environments.
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JSON/YAML processing)
• CI/CD or version-controlled automation workflows (Git)
