Onsite Learner Onboarding & Admin Specialist

Pearson TQ is seeking an Advanced Associate, Administrative Support to join the Initial Assessment team at the Defence School of Transport, Leconfield. You will onboard learners, manage enrolments, and maintain accurate records, delivering a high-quality learner experience.

You will support inductions, deliver presentations, and liaise with learners, tutors and stakeholders across multiple military sites, with travel as needed to Brize Norton, Shrivenham, Worthy Down and Marchwood.
