Onsite Banking Customer Service Advisor (Kilkenny, 6 Month)

Cpl is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for UK Operations to be based on-site in Kilkenny. The role runs on a 6-month contract with daily 7-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays, primarily 9:00-18:00, with bank holidays as UK holidays.

You will provide best-in-class customer service and support Bank of Ireland customers from a dedicated contact centre environment. We value problem solvers, strong communication, resilience and adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning.
