Overview

Asda needs a leader to drive the day to day running of our online operation in store, ensuring high pick accuracy, efficient staff scheduling and a strong customer service culture. The Online Manager will own the online shrink agenda, support the team and deliver key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, achieving excellent availability standards and key metrics.
• Generate a structured rota, validate picker and driver resources, and maintain high pick accuracy through continual process improvement.
• Oversee the online shrink agenda, using structured processes and data driven decisions to reduce shrink.
• Co create a culture that values salesmanship, customer service and personal integrity.
• Respond to customer feedback, analyse CSI data and design effective action plans following audits.
• Support team development, resilience and ownership; encourage an "Asdaness" mindset across shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Serve as the guiding force behind one of our Superstores or centres, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager within a complex online retail environment.
• In depth operational knowledge of online retail, including availability, pick rate and shrink management.
• Proven skill in developing teams, driving change, and building resilience.
• Strong organisational and customer service focused skills.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
