Overview

At Asda, the Online Manager will play a vital role in the day to day running of our online operation in store, ensuring the team is engaged, vans are on the road, and customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online shrink agenda, implementing structured processes and data led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to drive picking accuracy and consistency.
• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering high availability standards and key metrics.
• Engage and coach the team to improve routines and processes, fostering a culture of selling with personality and customer service.
• Drive best value offerings across the online operation, responding to customer feedback and creating effective action plans from audits.
• Build resilience, ownership and focus within the team, embracing the Asda culture and supporting development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of online retail, including availability, picking rate, waste reduction and shrink management.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
