About the Role
You will be providing customer service to clients of one of the largest online travel agencies, providing lodging reservation services in over 220 countries and territories. They also sell flights in 55 markets and offer tours and activities in more than 1,300 cities worldwide.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and online channels according to client requirements.
- Assist customers with reservations, payments, and account inquiries.
- Resolve routine issues regarding the client's products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.
Requirements
- Dutch - C2 level
- English - B2 level
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Experience in the travel or online booking industry is highly valued.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
What We Offer
- Base salary: 1,100€ gross/month
- Complexity bonus: 100€ gross/month
- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day (paid on a card, tax-free)
