Your Role- Lead, motivate and support the Online Administration Team.
- Ensure customer enquiries and escalations are resolved professionally and promptly.
- Oversee online administration, financial processes and order management.
- Monitor team performance and continuously improve efficiency and service standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
- Following health & safety procedures at all times.
- Making a difference every day to the customer experience.

- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Previous team leadership experience within customer service, administration or operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Reliable, organised and confident in leading a team.
- Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving.
- Proud of your work and passionate about doing things right.
