Oncology & Haematology CNS - Clinical Lead (Galway)

Blackrock Health Galway Clinic is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Haematology/Oncology) to provide expert nursing care across the patient pathway in a multidisciplinary setting. The CNS will assess, plan and deliver care, lead MDT planning, and support patients through treatment and follow-up in a patient-centered model.

The post entails responsibility for education, care coordination, and the use of telephone/virtual reviews to ensure timely symptom management and escalation as required.
