Onboarding Success Lead

IMP Software is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager in the United Kingdom to own the customer relationship from contract signature through handover to the delivery team. You will keep customers engaged, monitor health, and drive process improvements that shorten the gap from sale to delivery.

You will work with Sales and Account Management to ensure smooth handovers, align capacity with demand, and report KPIs to leadership.
