Onboarding Specialist - Shape Day One Experience

Strativ Group in the UK is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (Executive) to own the new starter journey from offer through probation, ensuring every newcomer feels welcomed and set up for success.

You will collaborate with People, Talent Acquisition, L&D and wider teams to coordinate induction, training and day-one readiness across UK and international offices.
