Onboarding & Resourcing Operations Lead (Hybrid)

Government Legal Department is seeking a Resourcing Operations Manager - Onboarding on a 6-month hybrid contract (60% in Manchester preferred, London or Leeds). You will lead a small team handling pre-employment checks and candidate onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality records.

You will manage day-to-day resourcing operations, allocate workloads, track progress and resolve onboarding issues.
