Role: On-site Staffing Coordinator & Workforce Planning AnalystLocation: The Harborne Hospital, BirminghamPart time - 18.75 hours per week on sitePermanentSalary - £31,500 Pro-rata + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)We're looking for an On-site Staffing Coordinator & Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Workforce Planning and Temporary Staffing team based at The Harborne Hospital. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the hospital has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver outstanding patient care. Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, the team uses workforce planning tools, scheduling systems and data insights to drive productivity, optimise staffing levels and support workforce decisions across the hospital.As a key member of the team, you'll act as a local expert for the Facility Scheduler system while supporting workforce planning initiatives through reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement. Combining operational coordination with data-driven decision making, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence workforce performance and contribute directly to the smooth running of one of the UK's leading private hospitals.Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life. Other's may think this is just a role in Workforce Planning and Temporary Staffing, but to us, you'll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you'll do:Act as the first point of contact for Facility Scheduler, staffing and workforce planning queries across the hospitalSupport the administration and maintenance of the Facility Scheduler system, including user access, organisational updates and system auditsAnalyse workforce and productivity data using Power BI and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvementDeliver training and ongoing support for managers and colleagues using workforce scheduling systemsWork closely with departmental leaders to review staffing requirements, productivity metrics and workforce plansWhat you'll bring:Previous experience within Temporary Staffing, workforce planning or healthcare staffing operationsExperience using Facility Scheduler or a similar workforce management systemStrong analytical skills with experience using Power BI or other reporting and productivity toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationshipsGood Microsoft Office skills, including basic to intermediate Excel proficiencyWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world's leading healthcare providers.
