On-Site Retail Transactions Specialist

Harrods is hiring a Transaction Services Assistant to support Retail teams with high-volume, complex transactions on site in Knightsbridge. You will handle deposits, refunds, transaction searches, cost centre transfers, and provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers.

The role requires excellent communication, strong PC literacy (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with AML concepts.
