On-Site Electrician

We're recruiting an Electrician to join the Amey Facilities Management team at HMP Haverigg. Set in a beautiful coastal location, Haverigg is widely known as one of the nicest prisons to work at, with a friendly team, supportive management and a genuinely positive site culture.

Please note: HMP Haverigg is over an hour from Lancaster and in a rural area - unless immediately local, driving is essential.

Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00

Friday-Sunday: 08:00 - 16:00

1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at % of basic salary)

The role:

Planned and reactive electrical maintenance

Fault finding, minor works, testing & inspections (BS7671)

Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant and operational

Supporting wider FM duties, including occasional escorting
