On-Site Customer Support Advisor (Fixed-Term)

YourRepair, now part of Hometree, is seeking a Customer Support Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is a fixed-term contract (3-5 months) and full-time, on-site, with a salary up to £26,500 per annum pro rata for the contract duration and hours worked.

You'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, build trust, and help resolve issues quickly while collaborating with a supportive team. Training and progression opportunities are available.
