On Site Construction Labourer & Maintainer

Durham County Council is seeking a Semi Skilled Operative / Labourer to join the Construction Team within Resources in County Durham. The role involves a range of site labouring duties, assisting skilled trades and supporting maintenance across council buildings and facilities.

Applicants should have experience in the built environment, be able to work safely, use tools and equipment, and be willing to develop new skills. Interviews on 6 October 2026; hybrid working may apply where suitable.
