Omnichannel Learning & Development Specialist

JD Group is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to design and deliver learning programs across a multi channel Customer Care environment. You will develop system training modules, run in person and virtual sessions, and create interactive workshops to support continuous learning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include managing LMS tracking, updating materials, and collaborating with IT to reflect platform changes.
