Job Description

  • Salary: £30,024 - £33,699 per annum pro rata (£24,055 - £27, 00 actual salary)
  • Hours: 33.75 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, 8.15am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (term time plus PD days and an additional 5 days)
  • Contract: Permanent, required to start September 2026

Freeman Community Primary School is looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and motivated individual to fulfil our Office Manager role.

You will have:
  • excellent communication and IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
  • excellent literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills
  • a positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • the ability to prioritise work using your own initiative
  • experience of working in a busy office environment
  • a good understanding of the need to maintain professional confidentiality at all times
  • the skills to be flexible and a team player
  • experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a school environment is desirable.
