Office Manager - supporting a growing team in a broad, hands on capacity, with scope to evolve into an Operations Manager.
Salary£40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).
Hybrid set up4 days in the office.

A boutique advisory firm supporting private equity and corporate clients with complex transactions, including M&A and carve outs, with a focus on long term value creation. Growing business of approximately 40 employees.

Key Responsibilities- Managing day to day office operations including meeting rooms, IT, supplies and facilities.
- Supporting office set up, systems and process improvements.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external vendors.
- Acting as a front of house representative, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Supporting internal events and wider business operations.
- Taking a proactive, hands on approach in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or operations focused role.
- Background ideally within financial or professional services.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable and confident stepping outside of your comfort zone.
- A collaborative team player with a solutions focused mindset.
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility.
