Job Description and Key ResponsibilitiesFull time - 35-hour week - Mon-Fri 8.30 am-4.30 pmDuties:This is a hands-on role, to manage all aspects of:Day to day running of the office.Supervision, delegation of tasks and general motivational support of the office teamLiaise with our Consultant Bookkeeper & AccountantsLiaise with the production departmentsInvoicingRelease & despatch of sales ordersPurchase ordersSales orders & quotationsStock controlGeneral administrationMaintaining customer accounts and updating of pricing periodicallyHealth & safety within the office environment (Workstation ergonomics etc)
Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsThis vacancy is open to any individual with relevant experience in the capacity of Office Manager, Deputy Office Manager or Office SupervisorAccuracy, conscientious, the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Education, Qualifications and TrainingNational 4 qualifications in English & Mathematics.SVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous.Supervisory or office management experience required
