Job Description

Brook Street is working with a growing client that is seeking an Office Manager on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a hybrid working opportunity in Swansea Mon-Fri 9-5.

Main duties:

To manage resources of the firm.

To act as a point of contact for clients and staff.

To manage office relating to staffing, buildings and finance.

To support current client base and promote firm commercially.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Office Management experience

Experience in Professional Services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
