Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator / Project Support Manager

Rate: Competitive in line with skills / experience

Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid


Our client a global organisation within the world of life science currently has an urgent requirement for a talented Office/Project Support Manager to join on a permanent basis.


Your Responsibilities:

Office Administration Support:

  • Update and maintain internal office documentation such as manuals, protocols, and SOPs.
  • Provide comprehensive travel coordination support including pre-approvals, bookings, post-travel reports and expense tracking for senior leadership (Heads of Europe, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing).
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements

Meeting Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Medical teams to align on internal calendar events, including cycle meetings, CDDM, congresses, and taskforces.
  • Take the lead in organizing and coordinating both internal and external meetings including hotel arrangements, catering, agenda setting, and materials preparation.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Planning, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration or similar coordination role.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
