We're Hiring! Part-Time Office Manager - ASAP

Location: Amsterdam, NL

Type: Part-Time / Freelance or contract 2-3 days per week

We're growing and looking for an experienced, reliable Office Manager to join our team ASAP!

What You'll Do:

You'll be the operational backbone of our agency, keeping our office and finance systems running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

Managing client invoicing and payment reminders

Communicating with talents regarding payments

Liaising weekly with our accounting firm (EXACT software)

Overseeing bookkeeping & office administration

Supporting payroll tasks via NMBRS

Booking travel & accommodation for talents

Weekly reporting to the CEO

Reorganizing and optimizing back-office workflows

What We're Looking For:

️ Highly organized and trustworthy

️ Strong communication in Dutch & English

️ Experience with accounting software (EXACT, NMBRS)

️ Solid background in finance administration and office management

️ Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

️ Previous experience in an accounting firm or similar role Office manager
