Job Description

Accounts Clerk and Office Administrator

Up to £33k pa + 33 days holiday + parking permit

Full time or part time hours considered (30-37.5hrs per week)

Our award-winning client is looking for a new Accounts & Office professional to join their established team.

Based in beautiful offices, this is a varied job which ensures the smooth running of the administration and accounts of the office. Duties will typically include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Invoicing
  • Monthly payroll for 18 people
  • Posting journals
  • Petty cash
  • Checking bills, completion statements and client accounts
  • Opening new accounts
  • Managing office supplies, goods and services
  • Maintaining personnel records
  • Assisting with recruitment

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and filling a pivotal role at the heart of a small, busy office. Previous accounts and administration experience is essential. Knowledge of Sage, Excel and Solicitors Accounts Rules would be an added advantage.
