  • Taking ownership of ISO 9001 and 14001 audits and embedding processes into the team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for site visits and directors
  • Playing an active role in team social and wellbeing initiatives
  • Overseeing general office management duties: managing supplies, dealing with post, organising tradespeople, liaising with landlords, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office function
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks from the senior leadership team
What They're Looking For:
  • Previous experience supervising a small admin or office team
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and leadership skills
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude

What's on Offer:

  • A supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking working environment
  • A comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Enhanced pension scheme
    • Private medical insurance
    • Generous and growing annual leave entitlement
    • Cycle-to-work and season ticket loan schemes
    • Life assurance, employee recognition awards, and more
    • Wellbeing and mental health support
    • Flexible working policies

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced office professional looking to join a purpose-driven business with a strong internal culture and a commitment to making a positive environmental impact.
