Office & HR Leader for a Faith-Based Charity - Hybrid

HCPT is seeking a proactive Business Support and Office Manager in Rugby or hybrid/home setup with travel to Lourdes as needed. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and manage HR, IT, governance and office services to support the charity's mission.

The role requires a highly organized, discreet professional who can work with autonomy and align with HCPT's values and strategic priorities. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.
