Role SummaryThe Office and Facilities Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting the wider team through efficient facilities coordination, and workplace support.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support- Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and presentations where required.
- Take minutes and track actions.
- Manage tea, coffee and consumables.
- Manage visitors, parking, lunches and room bookings.
- Book external venues.
- Provide admin support where required.
- Act as first point of contact.
- Ensure office is organised and stocked.
- Manage office supplies and purchasing (including First Aid supplies).
- Liaise with landlord and contractors.
- Manage cleaning contract.
- Report and manage building issues.
- Book PAT testing and racking inspections.
- Ensure office environment is welcoming.
- Support with fleet management.
- Fire alarm testing.
- DSE assessments.
- First aid training coordination.
- Arranging course bookings.
- Assist with monthly H&S audits.
- Supply of eye test vouchers.
- Lead social committee.
- Support social value reporting.
- Office administration or facilities experience.
- Strong organisation and communication.
- Proactive and professional.
- Highly organised.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Can handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Friendly and enthusiastic.
