Job Description
Overview

Office Administrator required to work in the Print & Dispatch area. - 3 month contract initially.

We are recruiting a team member to assist with the streamlining of auto enrollment.

Working hours

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site

Compensation

Hourly rate: €16ph

Responsibilities
  • Sorting through documents thoroughly and making sure there is no errors before posting them to the members.
  • Proficient in Life400, Workflow and Microsoft suite.
  • Introductory level salesforce.
  • Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a way that is streamlined.
  • Generating pins and passwords for security purposes.
  • Arranging returned post in to be documented on Life400.
  • Using Workflow to see daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 in order to ensure all documents are correct and get posted efficiently.
  • Engaging with print team daily, dividing tasks, having a good rapport with other teams
Requirements
  • Ideally you will have some previous office experience and good time management and accuracy skills.
  • Must be available for a min of 3mths.
