Position: Office Administrator
Location: Blackrock, Co. Dublin
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Part-Time 4 days per week optional)

What is the opportunityWe are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our busy and expanding architectural practice, currently 18 in number. The successful candidate will provide a range of support activities across the practice.
In this role, you will- Providing administrative support to architects
- Act as PA to Directors
- Assist with IT queries and liaising with IT support service
- Engagement with Rapport project management system
- Monitoring of e-tender website
- Support in managing public and private tenders
- Organising office events and meetings
- Management / supervision of office diaries
- General office administration & receptionist duties
- Further expansion of role anticipated as the practice grows.
- 5+ years' previous administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Demonstrable time management experience, ability to handle multiple tasks to a high standard and meet deadlines
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Previous experience of working with construction professionals a benefit but not essential.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
