Role OverviewAs Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, managing administrative tasks, and supporting internal operations. You'll handle bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll coordination, and event planning, while also liaising with suppliers and IT partners.
This is a permanent part-time role with 14 hours per week, offering flexibility around your schedule and other commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee general office administration and process management
- Bookkeeping and filing of business expenses
- Support client invoicing and monthly payroll processing
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
- Liaise with IT partners to ensure equipment functionality
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Organize staff outings, team events, and client functions
- Ensure health and safety compliance and documentation
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support as needed
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Understanding of bookkeeping processes and procedures
- Familiarity with Xero (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

- Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per year (pro rata)
