Job Description
Position Overview 
Admin Support role responsible for ensuring smooth day to day running of the office in Dublin, supporting all office locations.
Key Responsibilities- Answer calls to the direct line and transfer to appropriate contacts.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients at reception.
- Prepare meeting rooms in advance of meetings and provide refreshments where required.
- Supervise daily deliveries, ensuring receipts and dockets are retained.
- Manage incoming post, couriers and distribute to appropriate teams.
- Manage external post and courier services, updating daily logs and maintaining backup records.
- Support the Office Administration team with monthly scanning, record keeping, raising and following up on purchase orders (POs); maintain logs related to POs, offsite storage and travel.
- Book travel and accommodation for employees.
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Workplace and Facilities Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience is not necessary but is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, flexible and able to cope under pressure.
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good event coordination and reception skills.
