Position Summary
The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia. Responsible for price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms), management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. In addition maintenance of price updates, and price discrepancies. Management offers related tasks and orders of services products.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus
• High school degree
• User level computer skills (Office, SAP)
• Quality system
• Knowledge of basic administration
• Experience in customer service and/or as sales assistant
• Language fluency: spanish, English
