Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + incentives
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Henley Morgan is working with a growing UK-based ERP consultancy specialising in Odoo. Due to continued success and an expanding client portfolio, they are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join their team.

This is a senior, client-facing delivery role where you will act as a trusted advisor-bridging business requirements with effective Odoo solutions, leading implementations, and driving user adoption.

The Role

As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle-from discovery through to go-live and beyond. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders across finance, sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Gather and document requirements, producing functional specifications and solution designs
  • Configure core Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, Helpdesk, Manufacturing, and Quality
  • Deliver system demonstrations, user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with developers on integrations and customisations
  • Manage delivery priorities, risks, and client expectations
  • Support post go-live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Odoo certification or actively working towards certification
  • 3-5+ years' experience in ERP functional consulting
  • Proven experience delivering at least one full end-to end Odoo implementation
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, or services
  • Confident client facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and challenge constructively
  • Ability to work independently and produce clear, actionable documentation
Desirable Skills
  • Additional ERP or CRM certifications
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and multi system environments
  • Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile or Prince2
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, or complex operational environments
Location
  • Remote (UK-based)
  • Must be able to work UK hours
  • Occasional client site visits may be required
