OD Transformation Leader - Strategy & Capability

Johnson Matthey is seeking an Organisational Development Delivery Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract in the UK, with hybrid locations in Royston and London and travel to JM sites as required.

The role partners with senior leaders to shape workforce transformation and delivers OD initiatives within large programmes. You will support workforce planning, capability assessments and risk management, working in a global matrixed organisation.
