OD Delivery Manager - Transformation & Workforce Planning

Johnson Matthey is seeking an Organisational Development Delivery Manager on a fixed-term 12 month contract to drive workforce transformation. You'll partner with business leaders and People teams to shape design, planning and capability initiatives across the UK.

In a global, matrixed environment you'll address risks, enable role clarity and redeployment, and drive governance improvements, with hybrid working and travel to JM sites as needed.
