OD & Policy Specialist: Shape Strategy & Change

Hull City Council is seeking an OD & Policy Officer to join the HR, OD and Industrial Relations team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on developing HR policy, organisational design and providing expert HR advice to managers.

You will support the Policy, Projects and Industrial Relations Manager, deliver HR workshops, analyse HR data, and contribute to service reviews, while ensuring legislative compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
