OCM Specialist

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support a major digital transformation program. You'll work alongside a Senior Change Manager to drive adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth transitions across the organization.

Requirements for Organizational Change Manager role:

• 5-6 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks, ideally PROSCI.
• Proven ability to work independently eg. on stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
• Experience supporting digital transitions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and training facilitation skills.

Details for Organizational Change Manager Role:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 4months + guaranteed, most likely 12months + (With Extensions)
• Location: 1 day per week on-site (flexible)
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Rate: Open
