Programme OverviewThe Finance Transformation programme implements Oracle Fusion ERP for Financials, Procurement, and Recruitment over 18 months, building on existing Oracle HCM tools. It aims to facilitate significant transformation across Finance and wider Bank business areas, managing change and configuring Oracle tools.
Role SummaryWe seek an OCI Platform Admin Engineer to join the Programme Management team of the Finance Modernisation Programme, building and managing cloud infrastructure, reporting to the Technology ERP Platform Lead. The programme offers extensive learning opportunities due to its scale, complexity, and use of Cloud services.
Job DescriptionThe candidate should be skilled in various Oracle Cloud solutions and support services including:
- OCI Management: managing cloud infrastructure, implementing and managing OCI PaaS and SaaS services, optimizing for Bank requirements, supervising container deployment platforms, managing backup and DR strategies.
- OCI Monitoring: configuring, auditing, and alerting on OCI environment performance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Automation: developing automation processes for infrastructure management.
- Cost Control: understanding and optimizing costs, managing billing components, and right-sizing resources.
- Collaboration: working with IT teams, acting as a point of contact for external partners.
