What you will do
- Lead front-line management and supervision of Lambeth social care and Occupational Therapy services.
- Provide direct line management for up to 8 staff, ensuring effective team performance.
- Oversee services for vulnerable adults, covering areas such as Learning Disabilities, Older People, Substance Misuse, Physical Disability, and Occupational Therapy.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and case management for vulnerable adults.
- Manage exceptionally complex cases using your advanced casework skills.
Requirements
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Driving licence required for community visits.
