Occupational Therapist Staff Grade

Location: Navan, Co. Meath
Setting: Acute Hospital
Contract: 6 weeks
Start Date: 4th January 2027

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist Staff Grade to join an acute hospital setting in Navan, Co. Meath, for a 6-week contract commencing 4th January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to gain or further develop experience within an acute healthcare environment while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

• Hold current registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist.
• Be resident in Ireland.
• Hold one of the following immigration permissions or statuses:
  • EU Passport
  • Stamp 1G
  • Stamp 2
  • Stamp 4
  • Stamp 4D
  • Stamp 5
  • 4 EUFam
• Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
• Provide International Police Clearance if you have lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16.

The Role

The successful candidate will work within an acute hospital environment, providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role will involve supporting patient-centred care and helping patients achieve safe and appropriate outcomes during their hospital admission.
