Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist Adult Social Care North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well structured team.The client offers flexible working, a fair caseload, and professional development. This role is ideal for candidates seeking impact-driven work in adult social care and reablement services.Main Duties:

• Experience required working with Adults
• Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment.
• Preferred experience using Liquid Logic
• Complete Care Act assessments
• Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment
• Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
• Undertake manual handling assessments
• Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
• Previous experience as a community-based Occupational Therapist
• Manual handling expertise
• HCPC Registration
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence
